LFP Grantmaking
The success of Robert Wood Johnson foundation Local Funding Partnerships (LFP) is a tribute to the dynamic new ideas brought forward by local grantmakers. Working with partners from both inside and outside of the health sector, local funders can build collaborations with organizations that typically do not work closely together – including established and emerging community groups, social service agencies and public entities.
