2011 Annual Grantmaking Call for Proposals - now open
Through matching grants programs, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Local Funding Partnerships offers communities an opportunity to leverage national dollars for local projects that propose ambitious new solutions to community health challenges.
The LFP Annual Grantmaking program provides matching grants of $200,000 to $500,000 to fund new, original community-based projects that can significantly improve the health of vulnerable people.
Acknowledging that factors such as violence, poverty, inadequate housing and education contribute to poor health, we seek proposals to make better health possible in the context of difficult life circumstances.
We hope we will have the opportunity to partner with you this year. Please don’t hesitate to call the Local Funding Partnerships office at 609-275-4128.
